Collaborators with real roles
Admin, editor, viewer. Invite by email, revoke in a click. Seats are per project, not per person you've ever met.
Comments where the work is
Threaded notes on the task itself, so decisions live next to the thing they decided.
Attachments that stick
Contracts, floor plans, mockups — attached to the task, not buried in a thread somewhere.
Optional event linking
On a Host or Atelier plan, attach a project to one of your gatherings and cross-link the two. Entirely optional.
Stands on its own
No event required. Plenty of people use the Workroom and never touch the events side at all.
Seats
A seat is a person with access to a project — you included. The Workroom includes 5 seats per project on its own, 5 on a Host plan, and 20 on Atelier.
